Annual service fee- $340 per year (4xservices) 

Single service fee- $90

Saturday before 3pm includes 1hr on-site $140 

Sunday before 3pm includes 1hr on-site $180 

Calendar public holidays 1hr on-site $200

*Additional hour on-site is $100/hr

Please note that if you require a call/text 24hr prior to our serviceman's arrival we are more than happy to accommodate, however if we arrive at any address for the appointment and we are unable to gain access to your HSTP the service or call out fee will still apply and we will have to reschedule the service at an additional cost, we appreciate your understanding in this instance. 

All repair and one-off service costs are strictly 7day accounts for financial members all other clients will be payment at time of attendance. This invoice schedule does not apply to new installations. 

 

We have lots of payment options for your convenience.

After each job a hand invoice will be left. 

After 7days of non-payment an email invoice will be sent. 

After 14 days a phone call and reminder invoice is sent. .

After 21 days final invoice sent. 

After 30 days invoice is lodged with our debt collection agency Marshal Freeman.

Payment plans are available if required and discussed with management should it be required.
